1. Controller – Oversees all accounting and bookkeeping functions,
cash planning, internal controls. Aptitude to manage a multi-person
and time demanding department. Prefer construction experience,
minimum 5 years experience managing accounting function.

Company’s sale’s team. Manages sales and marketing resources.
Sales construction experience a must. Must possess outstanding

3. Accounts Payable Clerk – Under the general direction of the AP
Supervisor handles the accounts payable process for the company’s
property development division and assist with bank draws for the
